Driver Pay
- $60,000–$75,000 annually on our Western Region regional lanes
- Safety bonus — up to 3¢ per mile, depending on mileage
- Production bonus — up to 2.5¢ per mile, paid monthly, depending on mileage
- Detention pay and layover pay
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)

- Average weekly miles: 2,400–2,600
Home Time on the Southwest Loop
The Phoenix ⇄ Las Vegas ⇄ Southern California loop is the backbone of our regional network — US-93, I-11, I-15, and I-10 corridors with freight moving both directions between our own distribution centers. That balance is what makes getting you home on a weekly basis, or at least on weekends, realistic instead of a recruiting slogan.
Late-Model Equipment
Newer, well-maintained power units and dry van trailers. No reefers, no hazmat, no flatbed tarping in July heat. When something breaks, our shop fixes it immediately — downtime costs you money, and we treat it that way.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least two years of verifiable driver experience within the last five years
- Must be at least 24 years of age
- A current medical card is required
- Safe driving record meeting UDL and DOT standards
- Willingness to run regional lanes across NV, AZ, and CA
