We’re not a mega-carrier. We’re a Phoenix-based 3PL with our own warehouses, our own freight, and our own fleet — which means consistent miles that don’t dry up when the spot market does.
Driver Pay
- $60,000–$75,000 annually on our Western Region regional lanes
- Safety bonus — up to 3¢ per mile, depending on mileage
- Production bonus — up to 2.5¢ per mile, paid monthly, depending on mileage
- Detention pay and layover pay

- Average weekly miles: 2,400–2,600
Home Time You Can Plan Around
Our Southern California drivers run regional lanes designed to get you home on a weekly basis, or at least on weekends — real freight and predictable runs, not a dispatcher’s guess. Plenty of miles without jeopardizing home time.
Late-Model Equipment
You’ll drive newer, well-maintained power units pulling dry van trailers. No reefer, no hazmat, no tanker endorsements needed. Equipment issues get dealt with immediately — our shop doesn’t let trucks limp.
The Lanes: The Southwest Loop
Redlands sits at the western anchor of our core Southwest loop: Southern California ⇄ Phoenix ⇄ Las Vegas, running the I-10 and I-15 corridors. You’ll be moving freight between our own distribution centers and our customers’ networks, with the kind of repeat lanes that let you learn the run and own it.
Southern California is our densest cluster — we operate three facilities in the market:

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least two years of verifiable driver experience within the last five years
- Must be at least 24 years of age
- A current medical card is required
- Safe driving record meeting UDL and DOT standards
- Willingness to run regional lanes across AZ, CA, and NV
